Our weather in north Georgia has begun to cool off – finally (as Sam would say) and the temps have started dropping into the 40’s at night. While it’ll still be a few weeks before we have our first killing frost for the garden I wanted to get in as much produce as I could, just in case.
So, yesterday I picked about a half a bushel of green tomatoes, with one specific recipe in mind. I’ll post the result and some photos later this afternoon! So check back later to see what I’ll be servin’ up – and no, it won’t be fried green tomatoes – even though those would go down a tasty treat right now.
